SIMPLICITY AND COMPLEXITY EXIST WITHIN EACH OTHER.  IT IS THE OPPOSITION OF THESE TWO FORCES THAT MAKES LIFE INTERESTING.

MY ART IS ABOUT LOOKING BENEATH THE SURFACE AND FINDING HIDDEN METAPHORS.  METAPHORS OF AN ERA LONG GONE.   I PAY HOMAGE TO THIS FORGOTTEN HISTORY AND THE EXTRAORDINARY LESSONS IT CAN TEACH.
